How It Works
Step 1
Choose Your Product & Book Your Consultation
Select the Family Story option that best suits your budget and schedule your consultation. Our team will meet you (virtually) at the scheduled appointment time to go over any details and schedule your filming day. We’ll collect payment after the filming date is selected.
Step 2
Virtual Filming & Coaching
On the day of filming the first 30 minutes will consist of a guided set up and coaching session to make sure you are good to go! Your Family Story Expert will guide you through the setup process to make sure you capture the highest quality interview possible.
Step 3
Virtual Filming Session
Once the set up is complete we will begin a virtual interview session. We use a simple and powerful app which allows us to remotely control the camera on your device through a simple “FaceTime-like” interaction. With recording quality up to 4k this process is seamless AND high quality.
Step 4
Review your Family Story.
After a few short weeks of editing we will send a link for review. You can make notes directly on the video and collect any feedback from your family. One round of revisions is included with all videos!
